Primitivo

Primitivo is the new restaurant in Tavira that promises to revolutionise the way we experience gastronomy. Under the direction of chef Tiago Guerreiro, who is also responsible for the success of the Ponto de Encontro restaurant, Primitivo brings back the simplicity and authenticity of cooking exclusively over an open fire. Each dish is a tribute to the ingredients, whose flavours are enhanced by the fire, in a perfect fusion of tradition and contemporary cuisine. The décor skilfully blends rustic with contemporary elements, giving the whole place a modern and welcoming ambience.
